Mexican casserole with tortilla chips

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 700 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle of sauce (salsa)
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 200 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

really easy to prepare

Brown the ground beef in a little oil in a pan. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers. Once the ground beef is crumbly, add the diced bell peppers and fry. Drain the corn and beans well and add them to the pan after about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and mix all ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spread the salsa on top, and top with tortilla chips. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese is golden brown.
