Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,000 g minced meat
  • 300 g ham, diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 5 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 6 bell peppers, mixed, roughly diced
  • 4 peppers, finely diced
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 2 large cans of tomatoes, pureed
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 gr. can/n beans, white, drained
  • 1 gr. can/n kidney beans, rinsed
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 tsp savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, add the diced ham, onions, and garlic, and fry briefly. Now add the bell peppers and chili peppers and sauté. Add the tomato paste and sauté, then deglaze with the stock and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add the savory and simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the corn, white beans, and kidney beans, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the sour cream and parsley, and season with pepper, salt, and sugar. We prefer to serve this with white bread.
