Mexican Chicken Panini

The perfect mexican chicken panini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Panini rolls
  • 200 g Chicken minute steak
  • 10 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 2 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 0,5 piece Chilli pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fajita spice mix
  • 2 Discs Cheese (any)
  • 2 Discs Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Salsa Mexicana
  • Olive oil
  1. Marinate minute steaks with Fajita spice mixture and olive oil, sear them in a hot pan and then cook them through over medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the shallots and chilli into fine rings and mix together.
  3. Now it’s time to build a panini (burger). Cover one side with a little majo the other with a little salsa and then stack lettuce, cheese, chicken, shallot-chilli and tomatoes on top and close. And let it taste
