Mexican Chicken Panini
The perfect mexican chicken panini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Panini rolls
- 200 g Chicken minute steak
- 10 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 2 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Shallot
- 0,5 piece Chilli pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fajita spice mix
- 2 Discs Cheese (any)
- 2 Discs Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Salsa Mexicana
- Olive oil
- Marinate minute steaks with Fajita spice mixture and olive oil, sear them in a hot pan and then cook them through over medium heat.
- In the meantime, wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the shallots and chilli into fine rings and mix together.
- Now it’s time to build a panini (burger). Cover one side with a little majo the other with a little salsa and then stack lettuce, cheese, chicken, shallot-chilli and tomatoes on top and close. And let it taste
