Mexican Chicken Panini

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Panini rolls
  • 200 g Chicken minute steak
  • 10 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 0,5 Chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fajita spice mix
  • 2 slices Cheese (any)
  • 2 slices Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Salsa Mexicana
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate minute steaks with Fajita spice mixture and olive oil, sear them in a hot pan and then cook them through over medium heat.
  • In the meantime, wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the shallots and chilli into fine rings and mix together.
  • Now it's time to build a panini (burger). Cover one side with a little majo the other with a little salsa and then stack lettuce, cheese, chicken, shallot-chilli and tomatoes on top and close. And let it taste
