Mexican Tortillas

The perfect mexican tortillas recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 Can Corn mix
  • 4 piece Tortillas
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Fry the onions and minced meat in hot oil. Add the corn mix and heat briefly. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Cover the tortilla cakes with the minced meat and roll up. Put in a baking dish. Heat in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes. If you like, you can also bake the tortillas with cheese, for 50gr. Sprinkle grated cheese over the finished tortillas and bake for another 5 minutes.
