Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup orange juice or milk
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut or cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a silicone mold. Microwave on full power for about 7 minutes. Be careful, every microwave cooks differently, so start with a shorter time and bake a little longer if necessary. The mixture will still look slightly runny, so remove it from the microwave and let it stand for at least 5 minutes, as it will finish cooking during this time. Only after the standing time has elapsed should you turn the cake out and let it cool completely.
