Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 2 tbsp, heaped yogurt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 30 g cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped wheat flour type 1050

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine quark, yogurt, eggs, and sugar. Stir in the flour. Pour into silicone tart molds. Cook for 1.5-2 minutes at 900 watts. Cooking time may vary depending on the microwave and mold.
