quick and easy

Use a large 250 ml coffee mug to measure. Divide the pasta between two large microwave-safe mugs. Fill with warm water until the pasta is covered and add a pinch of salt. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, stirring thoroughly after 5 minutes. The time may vary depending on the microwave. In the meantime, chop the Emmental cheese, smoked cheese, and sausage. Mix the milk with the egg, a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg. When the pasta is cooked, drain off the excess water. Divide the egg wash between both mugs, along with the smoked cheese and sausage. If you like, you can also add the corn and onions. Mix well and sprinkle the Emmental cheese on top. Place both mugs back in the microwave on high for about 7 minutes to allow the egg to set.
