Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g spaghetti, cooked
- 2 tbsp cooking cheese
- e.g. milk
- some salt and pepper
- Parmesan, optional

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes
Microwave version: Place the pasta in one or two bowls, first add the cooked cheese and microwave for 30 seconds at 600-800 watts. The cooked cheese should now no longer be completely firm; if it is a little firmer, microwave for 15 seconds longer. When the cooked cheese is soft, add a splash of milk and mix. Place back in the microwave for 15-30 seconds until the sauce is warm. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the pasta. Pan version: Add the pasta to the pan, heat with a little more milk (2 splashes), add the cooked cheese, when the pasta is hot, mix and season.
