Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat (half and half)
- 500 g onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 1 can mushrooms with juice
- 1 jar tomato peppers with juice
- 1 can pineapple with juice
- 1 can oxtail soup
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- Cayenne pepper
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, fry the minced meat in a non-stick pan. Dice the onions and slice the bell peppers. Then add both to the meat and fry briefly. Place the meat, onions, and bell peppers in a pot, add the remaining ingredients, and heat until hot. If the soup becomes too thick, thin with a little water. Finally, season to taste with cayenne pepper.
