Mike's barbecue marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g sunflower oil
  • 30 g mustard, hot
  • 30 g ketchup
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tsp, leveled chili powder
  • 1 some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for approx. 500 g grilled meat

Combine everything in a small bowl and mix well. Brush the mixture generously over the meat and let it marinate in the refrigerator, preferably overnight, but for at least 2 hours. Makes approximately 500g of grilled meat.
