Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g wheat flour
- 350 g milk, lukewarm
- 90 g butter
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp, leveled salt

Make a starter dough from half the flour, dried yeast, milk, and salt, then cover and let it rise for 30 minutes. Melt the butter, brush the loaf pan, and add the rest to the dough along with the remaining flour. Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes. Then, cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Knead it again after the resting time and pour it into the baking pan. Lightly score the dough lengthwise in the middle of the baking pan and brush the surface with water to prevent it from drying out. The milk capsule will cook within 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. Place a heatproof container filled with water in the oven during baking to ensure the milk capsule does not dry out. After baking, do not turn the milk capsule out immediately; let it cool slightly to prevent it from breaking.
