Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g mango(s) or apricots, ripe
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 150 ml milk
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • possibly ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-calorie but still delicious drink

Toast the desiccated coconut in a non-stick pan, let it cool briefly, and add it to the milk. Prepare the fruit and puree all ingredients in a blender. This shake is especially refreshing when mixed with 2-3 ice cubes.
