Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 4 tbsp millet flakes
- 200 ml plant milk (plant drink), e.g. oat milk
- 100 ml water
- ½ pack of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 apple, cut into pieces
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp nuts e.g. macadamia nuts, cashews, pine nuts
- e.g. agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the banana and nuts, in a saucepan and cook over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy. Season to taste with a little agave syrup. Finally, top the porridge with fruit, such as banana, and nuts, such as macadamia nuts or cashews. Seeds, such as chia seeds or flaxseed, can also be added.
