Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g penne
  • 300 g kohlrabi
  • 200 g peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 300 ml water or broth
  • 50 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 handful of fresh herbs, e.g. lovage, oregano, rosemary, thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

simple, vegetarian, one pot

In a small, deep saucepan, layer the penne first, followed by the kohlrabi and peas. Season with salt and pepper and pour the water over everything. Bring everything to a boil in a covered pan and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes. Open the pan, add the cream cheese, and stir well. Turn off the heat, add the fresh herbs, stir again, and let stand for 5 minutes.
