Millet and vegetable pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g millet
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • a few stalks of parsley
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 ml wine
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 50 ml cream
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Healthy, vegetarian and low-fat

Wash the millet and cook according to the package instructions. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the tomato paste and stir. Then pour in the wine and vegetable stock and let it reduce slightly. Finally, add the sour cream, cream, and parsley, and season with the spices. Add the millet and mix everything together. Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
