Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g millet
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp lupin flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 50 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the millet in the broth for about 8 minutes until soft, then drain the remaining liquid. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the flour and baking powder, into the millet and season. Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Pour the mixture into silicone or paper baking cups. Bake at 220°C for 30 minutes. This mixture makes about 9 muffins.
