Millet pan with king oyster mushrooms and leeks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup millet (approx. 100 – 125 ml content)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 king oyster mushrooms
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 shot of tamari
  • 1 tbsp margarine or oil
  • n. B. Salt

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and vegan

Cook the millet in twice the amount of water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, trim, wash, and thinly slice the leek. Grate and dice the king oyster mushrooms. Chop the chili into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms and leek in the fat. Deglaze with tamari. Press in the garlic and add the chili. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few more minutes. Finally, carefully stir in the millet and season with salt.
