Mince from Wok

The perfect mince from wok recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Ground beef fresh
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 rest Brown rice left over from the previous day
  • 2 Handful Frozen mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Dried mushrooms
  • 1 piece Finely chopped onion
  • 2 piece Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 1 some Beef broth see my KB
  1. If someone asks: Why in the wok? Well I like to woke. Fry the mince in a wok until crumbly without adding any fat. Toast the tomato paste with it and with it.
  2. Then add the brown rice to the mince mixture, pour in some beef stock and stir everything well.
  3. In another pan, the onions were sweated in butter, then the mushrooms are added and are steamed, then the garlic and finally the herbs stir in and sauté briefly. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
  4. Now add the mushroom and onion mixture to the wok, stir everything well and season with the cayenne pepper to taste. If you like, you can grate cheese over the minced meat to taste.
  5. We had radish salad (recipe in my KB) with it.
