Minced Beef and Vegetable Curry
The perfect minced beef and vegetable curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Minced meat
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Palm oil, alternatively ghee or coconut oil
- 1 Glass Indian curry sauce from Alnatura, 325 ml
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Salt pepper
- 2 handful Fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0,5 bunch Coriander or parsley
- Fry the minced meat and chopped onion. I always do this without adding fat because enough fat comes out when frying minced meat.
- Heat palm oil in another pan and briefly fry the sliced mushrooms over medium to high heat. Add to the minced meat. Add the curry sauce and half a glass of water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for a few minutes over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and turmeric. Add the washed spinach and let it collapse. Season to taste with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander to serve. This fits z. B. rice, spaghetti or zucchini noodles.
