Minced Beef and Vegetable Pan with Rice
The perfect minced beef and vegetable pan with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Ground beef
- 0,25 Celery bulb
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 small Kohlrabi
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Red Paprika
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 size Onion
- Broth to pour on
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt pepper
- 400 g Rice
- Cut the celery, kohlrabi, carrots, bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes. Thinly sliced leek. Dice the onions.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan or high pan. Steam the onions until translucent. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the leek rings and fry briefly. Now add the remaining diced vegetables and mix in briefly. Pour in the broth so that the whole thing is a little covered and add the soy sauce. Let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
- The rice can now be cooked. Just season the minced meat pan with salt and pepper and serve with the rice! Yummy Yummy Yummy….
