Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g minced beef
  • 1 sprig(s) onion(s)
  • 1 head of pointed cabbage
  • 1 cup of processed cheese (190 g)
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

according to my mother’s recipe

Finely chop the onions and roughly dice the cabbage. Fry the minced meat until browned and crumbly, add the onions and fry for a few minutes, then add the cabbage and fry for a few more minutes. Add the bouillon powder, processed cheese, and a little water, and sauté for a few more minutes. Season generously and adjust the consistency to your liking. You can also use sour cream or cream instead of processed cheese.
