Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g minced meat, mixed
- 500 g mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles or mixed mushrooms)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, 0.1% fat
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Season the minced meat well with salt, pepper, and paprika and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the surface. Dice the onion and garlic and lightly sauté in a pan with the oil. Add the sliced or diced mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms begin to release their moisture. Season more heavily with salt and pepper to taste and stir in the cream cheese. Pour this mixture onto the minced meat and bake everything at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. If you like, you can bake a little longer; just decide based on how browned the mushrooms are.
