Minced meat and vegetable pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ m.-sized zucchini
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) to taste
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into small pieces or strips and set aside with the drained corn. Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in a little oil in a pan. Shortly afterward, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and fry, stirring, until browned and crumbly. Once the beef is cooked through, add the vegetables and fry briefly. Add the passata and simmer briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and other spices, if desired. Serve with rice or pasta.
