Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of Romanesco
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with oil. Cut the Romanesco into small florets and add to the minced meat, continuing to fry briefly. Deglaze the pan with the vegetable stock, cover, and continue cooking until the Romanesco reaches a nice consistency. Stir in the cream cheese and serve. Optionally, you can also stir in or sprinkle with cheese.
