Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 700 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 potatoes
- 400 g tomatoes
- 125 ml tomato juice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Thyme
- Butter for the mold
- possibly breadcrumbs

Minced meat on potatoes with tomatoes and sauce
Make a dough from the ground beef, eggs, onions, garlic cloves, and parsley (if necessary, thicken with breadcrumbs). Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Boil the unpeeled potatoes. Grease a springform pan or casserole dish with butter, peel the potatoes, and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Line the dish with potatoes to a height of 2-3 cm. Spread the ground beef over the dough. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top, garnish with parsley, and pour over the tomato juice. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 220°C for at least 30 minutes. This serves 4-5 people.
