  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4 potatoes
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 125 ml tomato juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • Butter for the mold
  • possibly breadcrumbs

Minced meat on potatoes with tomatoes and sauce

Make a dough from the ground beef, eggs, onions, garlic cloves, and parsley (if necessary, thicken with breadcrumbs). Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Boil the unpeeled potatoes. Grease a springform pan or casserole dish with butter, peel the potatoes, and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Line the dish with potatoes to a height of 2-3 cm. Spread the ground beef over the dough. Arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top, garnish with parsley, and pour over the tomato juice. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 220°C for at least 30 minutes. This serves 4-5 people.
