Minced meat lasagna

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 400 g minced meat
  • ½ cup flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 cups tomato ketchup
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
  • e.g. lasagna sheet(s)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grease a baking dish. Sauté the chopped onions in a pan until translucent. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and paprika, stir into the onions, and brown. Stir in the flour, water, and ketchup and bring to a boil. First, pour a layer of sauce into the greased baking dish. Then add a layer of lasagna sheets, more sauce, then mushrooms, lasagna sheets, and so on. The last layer should be sauce. Finally, pour the crème fraîche over the top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30 minutes.
