  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 3 tbsp Bruschetta spice
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves
  • 15 leaves Fresh spinach leaves
  • 200 g Sheep cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Milk 1.5%
  • 2 piece Free range eggs
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Garlic oil
  1. Bring the potatoes to the boil in their skins with salt, let them cool down, peel them and cut them into slices. Brush a baking dish with garlic oil and layer the potato slices in a brick shape. Heat the garlic and olive oil in a pan, cut the lower end of the spring onions into rings and fry with the minced meat, season with 2 tablespoons of bruschetta, finally chop the garlic and fry.
