Casserole with Minced Meat, Vegetables and Processed Cheese

  • 1 Cauliflower fresh
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 100 g Peas frozen
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • Salt pepper
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Sweet paprika
  • 100 g Streaky bacon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 25 g Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Processed cheese
  • 1 Paprika
  1. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Peel carrots. Rinse the vegetables and cook in salted water for a few minutes. Drain the vegetables. Collect the cooking liquid. Measure out 125 ml.
  2. Peel and dice the onion. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Sear the mince in it while stirring, add the onion cubes and let fry. Season with salt, pepper, curry, thyme and paprika.
  3. Clean the peppers and cut into small pieces. Mix the defrosted peas and paprika with the other vegetables. Vegetables and mince layers in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, fry the bacon cubes in it and stir in the flour. Pour in the milk and the appropriate cooking liquid and stir while stirring. Bring the sauce to the boil while stirring and let it boil for about 5 minutes. Quench with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the cheese sauce on the casserole. Put the pan on the wire rack in the preheated oven. Hot air around 180 degrees. Cook the casserole for about 35 minutes.
