Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 pack of spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Garlic
  • Mustard
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Thaw the spinach and season it a little. Finely chop the onion, season the minced meat well with salt, pepper, a little mustard, and some garlic, and mix it with the onion. Form the minced meat into nests with high edges. When the nests are ready, fill each one with two tablespoons of spinach. Crack an egg onto each one, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and arrange grated mozzarella around the egg. Place the nests in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake for about 30 minutes. We served the leftover spinach with it.
