Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- possibly grated Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- some parsley
- some thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Remove the herb butter from the vegetable packet and melt it in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Then add the thawed vegetables and mushrooms. Continue frying for about 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, mustard, herbs, and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with rice or baguette.
