  • 3 m.-large strawberries, aromatic
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 2 slices of ham (Serrano ham)
  • Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 1 tsp lavender honey, strong
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A very summery, fruity salad for warm summer evenings on the balcony or just for in between meals.

First, slice the strawberries lengthwise into thin sticks, season with coarsely ground pepper, and let them sit for a while. Arrange the ham loosely in the center of the plate. For the raspberry vinaigrette, combine the olive oil with the vinegar, honey, and lemon juice and set aside. Finely slice the basil and add it to the seasoned strawberries. Finally, arrange the strawberries on top of the ham, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and season with more pepper (if desired).
