Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed beef and pork
- 250 g onion(s) (vegetable onions)
- 1 large potato(s)
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can of peaches or pears
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bedouin fruit
Peel and dice the onion, peel and grate the potato, add the eggs and the minced meat, and mix everything together. Add a little oil to the pan and fry, stirring and turning constantly, until the onions are translucent and the minced meat is cooked. Slice half a pear or half a peach into a fan shape and place on top when serving. Serve with a cold beer.
