Minced meat pan with glass noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of glass noodles, wide, approx. 400 g
  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 1 jar of mung bean seedlings, approx. 400 g
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • some garlic oil
  • some Chinese spice
  • some spice mix for minced meat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a pan or wok in garlic oil and season well with the minced meat seasoning. Then add the tomato paste and continue frying. Add the mung bean sprouts and fry. Meanwhile, prepare the wide glass noodles according to the package instructions. When the noodles are done, drain. Chop them into small pieces with scissors and add them to the minced meat pan. Once all the noodles are mixed with the minced meat, season to taste with the Chinese seasoning.
