Minced meat patties with corn

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • some breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the corn. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix the ground beef with the garlic, salt, pepper, egg yolk, sugar, flour, and corn kernels. Form the ground beef mixture into small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs. Now simply fry. They also taste delicious cold.
