Minced meat pot

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 large onions, red
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Briefly sauté the chopped onions in the oil. Then increase the heat and fry the minced meat in the pot until lightly browned. Reduce the heat to low and add the trimmed leeks, cut into two-centimeter pieces, tomato paste, meat broth, mustard, and seasoning. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Just before serving, pour the sour cream over the meat and stir in gently.
