Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 small eggs
- 600 g crème fraîche
- 2 onions, red
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Parsley, dried
- some garlic powder
- some margarine for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
Grease a round cake pan and line it with the puff pastry. Brown the minced meat, peel and finely chop the onion, and then add it to the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Season the eggs with crème fraîche, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, and garlic, and mix the mixture thoroughly. Spread 1/3 of the meat on the puff pastry, then fold the rest into the crème fraîche mixture and spread everything on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with cheese and bake the quiche for 55 minutes at 200°C. When it’s golden brown, it’s ready. Serve with salad.
