Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 tsp salt
- n. B. water
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can Lentils, drained
- 250 g cream, if desired
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 pinches of Provençal herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat with the onions and tomato paste in a pan. Then add the diced bell peppers. Season with salt and fill the pan with water, then bring to a boil. Then add the drained kidney beans, lentils, and cream and season. Serve warm.
