Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ bottle of chili sauce
  • Crème fraîche
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

tastes great on its own or with bread

Clean and finely chop the zucchini, onions, and garlic. Finely chop the peppers. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat, then add the onions, garlic, and peppers. Stir in the zucchini, corn, and kidney beans and heat through. Add the stock and chili sauce and reduce slightly. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, add a dollop of crème fraîche. Enjoy with white bread or flatbread.
