Minced meat soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 potatoes
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil. Slice the leek into rings and fry it with the onion. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add the water, passata, and potatoes to the minced meat and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Finally, fold in the sour cream. Serve with bread.
