Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 Beef, beef or half veal, half beef
  • 2 garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes, cooked
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Butter for the mold
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 6 tbsp basil
  • 1 mozzarella
  • cream
  • 3 packs of sauce powder (gravy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the minced meat and crushed garlic cloves in the hot butter and season. Add the rosemary. Deglaze with the gravy. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes, until there is no excess liquid left. Peel the potatoes (boiled in their skins), slice them, and layer them in a buttered gratin dish. Spread the minced meat over the meat. Arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top. Pour the cream over the meat. Place the mozzarella slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
