Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g potatoes
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bunch of spring onions or 1 onion
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 125 g sour cream
- 125 g crème fraîche
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Maggi and chili powder
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Peel the carrots and potatoes and slice them not too thinly. Fry them in a little oil until crispy. Pour in the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. In another pan, fry the minced meat until crumbly. Slice the spring onions and finely chop the garlic clove. Fry both together with the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Then add everything to the pan with the carrots and potatoes and bring to a boil. Add the sour cream and crème fraîche and stir to combine. Season to taste and fry everything for about 5 minutes. Place everything in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at about 180°C for 20 minutes with cheese.
