Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg minced pork, unseasoned
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 g salt
- 5 g pepper
- some mustard seeds
- marjoram
- Caraway seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper, along with the remaining spices, and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into small screw-top jars and simmer at 95°C for about 2 hours.
