Minced Steaks – in Pepper and Red Wine Sauce

The perfect minced steaks – in pepper and red wine sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

FOR THE HACKED Dough:

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 125 g Minced pork
  • 100 g Chopped onions
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 1 fresh Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Chmeli Suneli
  • 1 half a teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped parsley

ALSO:

  • 1 tablespoon Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine
  • 4 Rosemary tips
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns pickled
  • 1 teaspoon Peppercorns pink
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed cornstarch
  1. Let the onions become translucent in a teaspoon of oil, then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Mix the specified ingredients into a minced dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then form 4 even minced steaks out of it.
  2. Preheat the oven to 140 ° using a casserole dish; Heat the oil in a pan and fry the steaks very quickly on both sides, then immediately transfer them to the casserole dish in the stove. Pour in enough red wine that about a third of the steaks are in the wine. Slide the rosemary tips in between and stew in the preheated stove for 15 minutes.
  3. Carefully turn the steaks and cook for another 15 minutes. Put on a plate and keep warm. Pour the liquid into a small saucepan, season with the peppercorns, thicken slightly with the mixed cornstarch, season to taste and let the steaks soak in the spicy sauce for a few minutes before serving.
  4. We had cauliflower with breadcrumbs and potatoes … it was delicious – and thanks to AleksKatr!
