For a 28-30 cm quiche dish. Knead the flour, baking powder, butter, 1 egg, water, and salt into a dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Knead the dough into the greased and breadcrumb-covered dish and prick it several times with a fork. Brown the ground beef until crispy. Sauté the sliced onions and leeks in margarine until translucent. First spread the minced meat on the quiche base, then cover with the onions and leeks. Halve the small tomatoes and arrange them on the minced meat and onion mixture, cut tomato side up. Now whisk the remaining 4 eggs with the cream cheese, cream, chopped parsley, and basil, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the base. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. Garnish with some basil. Serve with a mixed salad.
