Mini Baguett – Heartily Filled

The perfect mini baguett – heartily filled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pc. Baguette small
  • 300 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Discs Black Forest ham
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 Pc. Fresh onions
  • 1 tsp Tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp Diced tomatoes fine
  • 1 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tsp Grated cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Hot pepper
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the spices, egg and breadcrumbs as well as the garlic powder and mix. Peel the onions and cut into rings, brown / bake lightly in a pan with a little oil. Best on a low flame because then you can turn to the hack on the side.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat some butter in another pan and fry the minced meat mixture in it until it is lightly browned. Then add the diced tomatoes and the puree and mix. If necessary, add seasoning & take back the fire.
  3. Cut the baguettes open and scrape out the inside with a teaspoon so that a deepening is created, please on both halves. Sprinkle the upper part of the roll with cheese and fill the lower part of the baguettes with the Hachmix.
  4. Place the upper and lower parts of the baguettes on a baking sheet and put them in the oven. Bake until the baguettes are browned and the cheese has melted.
  5. Take out the bun, put the onions on the bun with the minced meat and then cover with the cheese-gratinated portion. Place a little garnish on a plate with the baguette and then take a hearty bite. I say bon appétit
  6. I hope I haven’t forgotten anything !? Oooohhhh, a beer goes perfectly with it!
