Mini Christmas Brownies

The perfect mini christmas brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Chocolate
  • 75 g Butter
  • 65 g Sugar
  • 10 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 65 g Flour
  • 200 g Chocolate white
  • 125 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Cook matcha
  • Food color red
  • 0,5 tsp Peppermint syrup
  • 6 Pc. Fresh strawberries
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla extract and stir.
  3. Fold in the salt and flour.
  4. Spread the dough in a muffin tin and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Dissolve white chocolate in cream and beat until stiff with a hand mixer.
  6. Divide the chocolate cream into three portions. Flavor the first portion of cream with 1 teaspoon matcha powder and color it with a little red food coloring. Flavor the second portion with 0.5 teaspoons of peppermint syrup.
  7. Now put the cream variations on the brownies with a piping bag. Finally decorate with fresh strawberries.
