Mini Ham Croissants

  • 250 g Puff pastry
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 3 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lowfat quark
  • 1 piece Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Chop the shallot very finely and cut the ham into fine cubes.
  2. Sauté the very finely chopped shallot in the clarified butter, sauté the finely chopped parsley with it. Let cool down a little, add the low-fat quark, the single cream and the finely diced pieces of ham and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry into a round shape (approx. 32 cm diameter) into 12 parts. Pour the mixture onto the pieces and roll the outside into a croissant. Spread egg yolk on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
