quick and easy

You’ll need a muffin tin. Brush it with a little oil. Dice the bell peppers, cooked ham, and cheese. Divide these ingredients and the ham cubes among the muffin tins. Don’t add too much of the ham cubes, as they are quite salty. Whisk the eggs with the milk until you get a smooth mixture. Season this mixture with salt and pepper. Add chives, spring onions, basil, and other herbs as desired. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the muffin tins. Make sure to leave about 1 cm of space at the top, as the egg will expand during baking. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake at 190°C for about 20-25 minutes. I added each ingredient individually to the tins. You can also put the ham and cheese together, or mix them all together, depending on your taste and preference. It also works with many other ingredients and tastes great cold, too. The mini omelettes are ideal as a small snack at a party or a child’s birthday party.
