Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Pizza seasoning or oregano
  • e.g. pizza sauce
  • n. B. cheese
  • n. B. Topping of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

a donut maker is required

Mix the flour, milk, oil, eggs, baking powder, and pizza seasoning until a smooth dough forms. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spoon the dough into a donut maker and place the finished donuts on a baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce, top with your favorite toppings, and sprinkle with cheese. Return the whole thing to the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. This recipe is relatively quick to make and is a hit at school parties, children’s birthdays, etc. The quantities given below fill approximately 1 1/2 baking sheets.
