Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut a piece of baking paper to fit a round pizza pan (16 cm diameter). Roll out the dough to fit, place it on the baking paper in the pizza pan, and prick it several times with a fork. Pre-bake the dough for about 8 minutes on the middle rack. Finely dice the peeled celery and place it in a saucepan with the broth and caraway seeds. Bring to a boil once, then cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. After this time, cover and add the peeled and diced pear and cook for another 5 minutes. Once the cooking time is over, fold in the finely chopped parsley and puree everything with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and let cool slightly. Change the oven setting to 180°C (fan oven). Spread half of the celery base sauce over the pre-baked dough and top with the salami. Spread the cheese over the top and bake for 12-15 minutes on the middle rack. Arrange the finished pizza on a plate, garnish, and serve. Hollow out the tomatoes and place them in a small baking dish. Mix the remaining celery sauce with 20g of coarsely grated cheese and fill the tomatoes with it. Quarter a small slice of cream cheese on each tomato and cover with two overlapping quarters. Bake at the same heat for 10-12 minutes on the middle rack. Can be served as a starter or as a small evening snack, perhaps with fried potatoes. The calories listed are for the pizza with half the celery sauce. The tomatoes with the remaining sauce and cheese contain a total of 290 calories.
